Growing up watching guests fall in love with our beautiful Forgotten Coast, McKenzie knew then she wanted to be part of creating that experience.
Meet the Founder and Owner, McKenzie:
McKenzie brings over 10-years of experience and passion for excellence to the creation of St. George Island Vacations. A native to the Forgotten Coast, McKenzie has spent her career in the hospitality industry, and her expertise in all aspects of vacation rental property hosting and management makes her the most sought-after professional in the business here.
Coming up through the ranks at Collins Vacation Rentals and Resort Vacation Properties of SGI, McKenzie has taken her career to the next level by creating a boutique vacation rental hosting and vacation rental management focused on both the guests and homeowners experience. In McKenzie’s career in the industry, she has worked in every aspect of the business. From marketing to generating the reservations and revenue management, to the check-in/check-out process, guest services, maintenance, housekeeping / inspecting, and owner relations, McKenzie has done it all.
A stickler for details, McKenzie personally inspects and evaluates each home in the St. George Island Vacations family to ensure that it is at the highest rental and structural integrity. SGIV is determined to ensure that guests make wonderful memories that last a lifetime! When any guests or owner needs arise SGIV taps into their extensive network of maintenance technicians, contractors, housekeepers, and excursions and beach gear providers to deliver seamless, stress-free experience.

Johanna Broker with over 5 years of experience in the vacation rental industry, Johanna is ready to assist with all your needs and book your stay!
Accounting Assistant
Diane Chambers spent over 5 years assisting a licensed and certified accountant and now works with SGIV handling day-to-day property accounts. Mrs. Diane also assists SGIV in inspecting to ensure that our homes are in perfect rental condition for our guests and owners.
Linen Team
Manager, Leigh Clark Smith and team, Othelia Clark, Susie Heath and Elaine Laszlo handle the maintaining and processing of our linens washed in a high sanitizing formula solution that smells WONDERFUL! Our guest LOVE our linens!
